How We Determine Your Medical Fees

We aim to provide a fair and efficient service for all our patients. To ensure fairness, we have adopted a policy that all accounts should be settled at the time of your consultation. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy, which we believe is a respectful approach to managing our financial responsibilities.
We accept payment by cash or card. We also offer the convenience of making payments over the phone for outstanding balances. If you have any questions about our payment options, or if you need assistance with your payment, please don't hesitate to ask our staff.
It's important to note that patients with outstanding balances are required to pay their balance in full prior to making any further appointments. This policy ensures that we can continue to provide our services to all our patients.

Please note that the fee for a consultation with the nurse may vary depending on the service being provided. If the fee for a particular service is not listed below, please inquire at reception.
