Travel Health
If you’re planning a trip abroad, it’s crucial to arrange your travel vaccination appointment well in advance. At Donacarney Medical Centre, we offer travel health consultations, including general advice and prescriptions for any necessary prophylactic medications, such as malaria prevention.
We can guide you on the required vaccinations for your destination, administer the vaccines, and recommend any additional medications you might need for a safe journey. Some vaccines, like Hepatitis A, Typhoid, Tetanus, Diphtheria, and Polio, are commonly required for travel to regions in Asia, Africa, and America. Many vaccines need to be administered at least two weeks before your departure, so please schedule your consultation as early as possible.

Complete the Travel Consultation Form (for practice patients only), and we’ll contact you with details on the vaccinations you’ll need. If specific vaccines need to be ordered, allow enough time to complete the process before your trip.
